Introducing our new Customer Experience Director, APAC

We’re delighted to welcome Alan FitzGerald to the Inflo team as our new Customer Experience Director. Alan will be leading our activity and expansion into the Asia Pacific region, as well as growing a team on the ground in Australia.

Alan has nearly 20 years’ experience consulting with firms on tax and accounting software, including five years as the national account manager for accounting firms in the Tax & Accounting Software division for Australia at Thomson Reuters.

Alan said: “I have spent the last 19 years in tax and accounting software for firms and know that there are still quite a number of gaps in processes that are filled by Excel which is workable, but not ideal. After one presentation, I realised that Inflo is the solution that firms big and small can benefit from using be that the tax team or audit. I am really looking forward to showing multiple divisions within firms how the Inflo suite can improve their interactions with clients, increasing project profitability and reducing error rates.”

Alan’s appointment is an important part of Inflo’s global growth strategy and adds strength to our current global customer experience team in the Americas and EMEA. Mark Edmonson said: “We’ve now got a strong global team in place here at Inflo. The power that Inflo delivers clients of accounting firms means that Alan can go to market with the confidence of rolling out a reputable and solid product that already has a proven success story with global firms. He will also be responsible for ensuring that our current global clients with bases in Australia instantly increase their success and the market differentiation they can achieve by embracing Inflo ahead of their peers.”
