Olwyn is Inflo’s Chief Customer Officer, who, with the support of a team across three continents, is ultimately responsible for ensuring Inflo’s customers’ satisfaction and success.
She is a commercially strategic operator who brings a creative and innovative approach to her work. She has worked with a diverse range of stakeholders in the accounting and business community from regulators and politicians, to global business leads and students. She firmly believes that life-long learning is at the heart of any individual or company’s ability to succeed and grow, and thrives on the opportunity to connect people and ideas to spark meaningful engagement and dialog.
Olwyn is a qualified Chartered Accountant. She has spent the last decade of her career working in professional education, public policy and member services with Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, where she implemented initiatives that helped to future-proof the global profession.
Her passion for the profession was recognised in 2019 when she was named as one of the Top 50 Women in Accounting globally for her commitment to driving positive change through innovative education and support initiatives.
